Sponsorship Information
REGISTRATION SPONSOR: $800.00Registration is located in the front concourse at the Exhibit Hall doors and open from 7:00 am
to 3:00 pm on Tuesday, November 11, and 7:00am - 1:00 pm on Wednesday, November 12. All
attendees, speakers and exhibitors must come to registration to pick up their badges.
EDUCATIONAL SESSION SPONSOR(S): $300.00 per single session
Educational Sessions are held both days, Tuesday, November 11 and Wednesday, November 12.

LUNCH DISCOUNT COUPON SPONSOR(S): $600.00 each day
$10.00 lunch will be available for puchase on site both Tuesday and Wednesday from 12 noon to 1:30 pm, in the second half of the exhibit hall. Each attendee will be given a Discount
Coupon Ticket of $2.00 off per lunch with Sponsors Name located on the ticket.
WAKEUP COFFEE SPONSOR(S): $300.00 each day
On your selected morning, Coffee and Tea will be placed in the concourse area available to all
attendees and speakers before Educational Sessions begin. Coffee and Tea will remain in
place until Concessions opens in the exhibit hall. WEDNESDAY SPONSOR: THE SCOTTS CO.
EXHIBITOR MOVE-IN COFFEE: $700.00 SOLD
Coffee and Iced Tea are available during exhibitor move-in on Monday afternoon and Tuesday morning.
